At Lace Laboratory, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, panties can only be returned if the silk seal remains unbroken and the tags are attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
